i really hope its muscles... i've been walking (up hill with heels on) so much this week that my legs got me jumping out of bed in the middle of the night due to cramps.

this hot weather is definitely helping me with the weight loss journey,i eat less and drink more. though i'll only weigh in a weeks time,curiosity got me on the scale and i cant say that im not smiling im ecstatic if i keep up with this rate i'll be at my "goal" weight by march that means 10kg less by march. but i'll log my weight in a weeks time to keep u all in suspense 💪🎉🤸‍♀️😊
