what do u do when u want to loose a few kgs...
its a new month, new season,new day, new level,new beginnings! u challenge urself to push too higher heights!reach a great goal!and simple preserve to ur personal next best level! Heres to the next chapter of my life🥂

i am happy to say im maintaining... however i do believe if i up my water in take ...id loose a few grams. but oh well its cold and tea is the way i go. as long as im maintaining and not gain then its okay for now.
