so i freaked when i saw the scale said 114.8 last night...weighed again today and looks like the digits are the same. so the good news is im maintaining and not gaining... the bad news is im struggling!!!

have you tried eating for your blood type? I'm feeling so much better having changed my eating. look up eat right 4 your blood type on google.

I know it can be disheartening but don’t give up 🌹 you’ll reach your goal weight 🤗 I’ve just started my weight loss journey weighing in at 116kg... my goal weight is 65kg (I’m very overweight at the moment - 169cm tall)

exercising is a very important part of the process together with understanding what we eating and the impact on our bodies. even a walk is going to be helpful if that is all you can manage for now and a gentle reminder, it doesn't take too days to gain weight so it won't take 2 days to lose it. commit to yourself and your wellbeing first and what you want for yourself.

Thank u all for ur support and advice. ♥️ It really means alot to me. @Adel thanx for the reminder. I think i've been focusing too much on what i cant do. So back to basics for me.
