Im so ready for this. I don't if its bcz its a new season,new week and month all at once!!!but i never felt more ready🤸‍♀️🤸‍♀️🤸‍♀️

All the best. You can do it... I started doing Omad purely by chance as I have been fasting for relegious reasons. So no water or food till 5:30 pm... Then I have a full meal of around 1000 calories... No longer keto... Ive found with keto I lost the first week and then just stalled week after week with very small losses... So been doing about 60 g of carbs... And im amazed... The weight is dropping pretty well... One week down and I've lost 4 kgs Although most of it is water weight with eid last week and a 7 day eid binge but it's really working and the best is being able to have a solid protein loaded toasted sandwich... Maybe you should try omad... I see salt and pepper is also doing that.
