Why am I so PROUD of my weight gain?
I changed my exercises at the gym to weight training. Yes, I picked up weight, but measuring shows that I have in fact lost fat and gained muscle. Remember:
MUSCLE WEIGHS 3 TIMES MORE THAN FAT!
Thus, I am proud!

CRAVINGS: I have a lot of cravings, and it's the kind of cravings that only "bad foods" can fix.
Managing these cravings: I live by an 80-20 rule. 80% of my day I eat healthy. 20% is reserved for my cravings (sweet/salt).
