Today started really well with a workout and healthy breakfast but then I messed up 🤦♀️ I had pizza for lunch/dinner and a whole slab of chocolate! 🍫 Seeing the calories in my diary, omw 🤢 Hoping tomorrow will be a better day 🤞

Egg, tuna salad for breakfast. I ditched my regular oats smoothie for something with a higher protein value and fewer carbs. Breakfast after a fasting 40min exercise. Trying my best.
