unplanned OMAD today. left the house after two nights of a new bout of insomnia (have had stages of insomnia since arriving in Ireland, so 7 months now just about straight).. in a blur and a huff, I wondered out the house. ... no bag. no wallet. no scarf. and a really icy wind rolling in. got to the bus, realised it all but had my bus card in my pocket.. and resolved myself to it just being one of those days... and it pretty much went like that all day. comedy of errors. a few metres into the office and I wondered why my boots felt odd. well. both soles are completely loose. then I had a hour long call from one of the most entitled people I have ever interacted with. I'll tell you this much about some Irish women, they can be right prickly and passive aggressive, two-faced and gossipy. anyway. at least my body ate some of its own fat today 😂😂😂

Went out last night with some work peeps and the Irish tried to get me drunk... Hahaha I won.
Not sure how,
But after a

2 black rum shooters
Baby Guinness
And a Corona
I held it together 😂 and now no one believes me because I've been telling them I don't really drink 😂
