Thank you 💓💓💓 feels like I have the whole of Butterfly World living inside of me at this point. Beyond excited and don't know what to do with myself 🤣🤣🔥 Having a braai on Saturday with my brother and a potjie on Sunday after the cycle tour with all our close friends. Going to rock my polka dot bikini again! (Even though I'm not as toned as I was this time last year... Not letting that get in my way!)

Reality check. just weighed myself to weigh my bag and my bag is the volume of weight I have lost over the years. No wonder my back was sore all the time 🤣

What an awesome NSV!!!! That’s totally magical!! Sometimes when I exercise and I’m doing step ups with just 20kg, which feels exhausting after 30 reps, then I’m like how on earth did I move over 30kg extra weight around all the time! Like no wonder I parked near shop entrances 🤣 so happy for you. You gonna rock that bikini!
