Only just, but it's under 70 again. Last night the cravings were really bad and I considered having a cheat today, but, considering todays result, I think I will give the cheat a skip.

Yesterday I was 71.9. Had a very cheesy supper. I am starting to wonder whether dairy affects me. At least the weight is starting to drop now.
