The egg fast worked for me. My brother and my friend struggled for different reasons. My brother got sick of eating eggs and my friend who is a keto OMAD die hard, found that it was just too much food for her. I will do it again for sure.

Day one of the egg fast done and dusted and I am happy to say that it went well. I am going to repeat today. The fun will be training tonight. Will I be able to train effectively on such restricted calories? Let's see. I am going to substitute the cheese with bone broth. I missed the bone broth yesterday and have decided not to cut that out.
