Looking at this journey...
I really don't think I would have made it this far with an "I'm on a diet" mentality.
I have been trying my best every day just to enjoy life with my family.
I'm still working on running and climbing with my son and that's sort of why I started this. I want to run and climb and have fun. Loosing 40kg has just made it a bit easier to do those things.
I have cheated EVERY SINGLE WEEKEND. I have baked cake and cookies and had loads of braais. But during the week I've stuck to my guns. I've done my 100 sit ups, 100 push ups and light weight training daily. I have counted my calories and stayed below 1000 calories per day as far as I could. I have cycled and swam... running still eludes me but I'm working on it.

This is simple.
Don't diet. DON'T!!!
Change.
Change your eating
Change your excersice routine
Change your mindset
You will change. Every part of you will change.
YOU CAN CHANGE.🙏
