Hello.

I have been on many funky diets.

Juicing.
Fruits only.
Vegetables only.
And some weird stuff.

They all worked, in terms of losing weight. But I could never have enough Energy, and always felt hungry.

My current lifestyle is Keto, and I call it a lifestyle, because it is a change of lifestyle.

I have known Keto for nearly 9 years. I ended up losing 22 kgs. in High school, which took me 4 months. The teachers and students wanted to know the secret. So I told them, they couldn't understand or grasp the lifestyle, hopefully 9 years later they understand now.

So over the past 9 years, I gained 20 Kgs, time to go back to my 82 Kgs high school weight, but I want to push for 78 kgs as I think that is a suitable weight for my age (28) Gender (Male) and height (175 cm).

Hands down Keto has been a massive gamechanger for many many people. I love the Energy levels, the idea of burning fat while sleeping, the consumption of your food lowers as you always feel SO DAMN FULL, thus making your monthly bill for food lowered. At 1st you spend a lot, as you need to get into Keto. Once done right, you will notice the food you use to eat, becomes way to much for you. Even the thought of food makes you sick when you in full blown ketosis, Always so damn thirsty for water, and your body wakes up and tells you, "We had enough sleep". And this could be 2 in the morning. This is so frustrating as you cannot force yourself to sleep. Because of your energy levels. Even your mental health improves, you become relaxed, positive and you remember sharply.
