Next week I will have a 3 day egg fast again, and I will do this every second week until I go on December holiday, which will be a total of 4 weeks of egg fasting.

Cross fit class today:

EMOTM - 30 minutes

30 sec rowing

20 Slam balls

5 Power Cleans - I used the 15 kg bar
