I'm so happy!!

Even though the scale did not move much, my cm's went down!!

Tummy: 98.0 -> 97.50 (lost 0.5 cm)
Arm: 33.5 -> 33 (lost 0.5 cm)
Bum: 114. -> 112 (lost 2 cm)
Thigh: 68.0 -> 66.5 (lost 1.5 cm)
Neck: 34.5 -> 34 (lost 0.5 cm)

Let's see what tomorrow's weigh-in brings!

P.S: I added 2 tsp psyllium husk powder to my food last night. It was o.k, but it did change the consistency of my food a little. But it worked. And that's all that counts.

try mixing it in sum water and drinking it immediately before it starts to get super thick. that way it wont change anything in your food. PS good job on the loss

Oh gosh no!! I did it once, but I want my waste to come out the bottom, not the top!! LOL ;-D I'm actually gonna get empty capsules from Dischem, & make pills from it, as someone else suggested. And thanx!
