More veggies, more veggies, more veggies. I feel a lack of green in my life. I went back and revisited my induction list of veggies last night. Kale, spinach, bell peppers, cucumber are all there, so will offset some of the meatiness of my past three or so days with veggies. While LCHF seems to work for me, I always worry about the initial focus on meat/fat vs. more organic items. That said, it wasn't eating too many vegetables that got me here in the first place.

I did not walk the dogs last night. I slept poorly Sunday night due to the time change and was dragging all day. Fell asleep on the couch and woke up and went to be at 10. Super early for me. I feel better today, though. I hate the darkness, but we did have a magnificent sunset last night.
