I travelled last weekend and gained weight, I'm not stressing about it though, lesson learned. hope I do better next month as I'll be traveling again

Nzukiso next time you travel try and meal prep and take foods with you. I know that is not always easy but I find it helps alot. If you staying in a place that gives you food maybe just ask them for a healthier option. Good luck.
