Stumbled upon this after a very busy day at work.
Brief history about my weight journey: I was a chubby and depressed teenager and food was my frenemy. I managed to lose over 20kg, which is alot because of my 151cm frame and now 10kg has creeped up again.
I am going to try and lose the weight like how I did the first time around by cutting carbs :( and staying away from sugar.
