4 x 15 Pendley Rows (get your work weight & stay on it for all 4 rounds - I used 10 kg)

ME Face pulls (LOL - a very funny name for the exercise!!)

METCON (for time)

50 - 40 - 30 - 20 - 10 Air Squats
25 - 20 - 15 - 10 - 5 Toes to Bar (I did sit-ups)
25 - 20 - 15 - 10 - 5 Push-ups

My time was 12:09 - and I wasn't the slowest in the class! :-D
The fastest time was 7:49.

My legs are raw from all the air squats, tomorrow is gonna be #kak!!!

Yeah, only our coach will know why he called it that... But he's always got this weird names... On weekends we have Suicide Saturdays... And the name explains everything!!! O_o
