Oooowhee... Not sure if tomorrow's weigh-in will be positive, but it doesn't matter.

Strength/Skill

Power Clean (Challenging double)
I went up to 30 kg, but that was a bit more than challenging, so I settled on 28 kg. My previous weight, some 2 - 3 weeks back was only 22 kg. #strongmuch

METCON:

60 sec ME Double unders
60 sec ME Rowing
60 sec Rest

I'm super stiff from yesterday's class, but appreciate every ache & pain I have!!!
Weekend's almost upon us!! Keep up the good work guys!!
