Why my head & body can't ALWAYS remember that I feel great after a work-out, is beyond me!!!

Strength/Skill:

6 x 4 Hang Clean Pulls

(work up to a heavy set) I went up to 40 kg.

WOD:

AMRAP 12

3 x Power Cleans
6 x HSPU/Z Press (Z presses if you can't do hand stand push-ups)
9 x T2B/Hanging leg raises/Ab-mat sit-ups (I did 1 set of HLR, then sit-ups)

I was in the middle of my 7th round when the time ran out!

My weight is moving in the right direction again, so I should be logging a loss on Friday! Can't wait for weigh-in day!
