Woowee!!! 2nd day of CF class! So glad I went!

Strength/Skill

Back Squats

Warm up sets x 10 - 5 - 5 - 5 (any weight - I used 15 kg)
Work sets 3 x (5 - 8 RM)
Set 1 - 6 x 17 kg
Set 2 - 6 x 19 kg
Set 3 - 6 x 20 kg
I have a sketchy knee, so I keep my back squats light & concentrate more on form/technique.

WOD: 5 Rounds

Partner workout

P1 starts - 30 m sled-push & 15 x KB swings,
then P2 repeats. Alternating until both partners have done 5 rounds!!!

The sled-pushes are moerse difficult!! Hopefully one day it'll get easier!

Can't believe weekend is almost here again. This week has flown by so quickly! Tomorrow's weigh-in will be a definite loss! Something to look forward to!
