Whoa!!! This morning's CF session was rough!!!

The first 45 min was only core exercises.

& then we had an AMRAP 15 min: (While Partner A is doing the sprint, Partner B completes the second part, then switch.)

200m sprint (Partner A)

15 Kettle bell swings (Partner B)
15 Push-ups

My partner & I completed 4 rounds.

I can't log tonight's dinner yet, as I don't know what my sister-in-law is cooking!
