Day 1(Thursday) of my reboot plan went rather well.
My unofficial weight this morning is 106.8kg so I lost 0.4kg and it was not a fast day. Today is a fast day so I'm sure I will drop some more weight by tomorrow. I think I'll only consider it as the start of fat loss again after losing the next 2kg and dropping below my lowest official weight of 104.8kg.
I was supposed to go to the gym today but decided I'll just start with gym from Monday.
