Ok, today is going to be HELL on Earth!!! I forgot all the pre-planned meals for the day and now actually have nothing to eat for the day.... Guess I'm doing a fasting day. hahahaha Unplanned but lets see what results it brings. Didn't workout last night as my little man was a little too demanding so by the time I left him to sleep I was mentally and physically exhausted. No head drop, I'll bust a few sit-ups during the day and then tonight back to the grind stone hey! Here's to a rough rough rough day :)
