I'm experimenting again :)

My calories since last thursday's weigh-in is as follows :
Thurs - 3301 calories (127% of RDI + went to gym)

Fri - 23 calories (1% of RDI - Fast Day)

Sat - a whopping 3943 calories (152% of RDI - Oats and fruit for breakfast and then KFC Colonel Burgers were on special so I had 2 burgers + 4 wings + chips for lunch and had a snowball as a snack + chicken breyani for supper. WHEW! ALOT OF FOOD)

Sun - 2980 calories (115% of RDI)

Mon - 23 calories (1% of RDI - Fast Day)

Tues - 1962 calories (75% of RDI - Trying to hit the same macros as previous Tuesday + went to gym)

Wed - will be 23 calories (1% of RDI - Fast Day)

So from the above I have consumed heavily on this weekend and the previous Thursday and I will only went twice to gym in the last 7 days when I weigh-in on Thursday morning.

I am trying to keep today's(Tuesday) macros as close as possible to last week Tuesday's macros which was structured as a low carb/high protein & fat day to see if my plan for fasting on Fri, Mon & Wed combined with a low carb/high protein & fat Tuesday can offset the previous Thurs and weekend of indulging.

Having just 2 gym sessions instead of 3 or 4 in the 7 days before weigh-in might slow down my weight loss or might cause a gain due to burning lesser calories in my week but I will know for sure on Thursday morning when I weigh-in :)

If this experiment causes a drop in weight then I can honestly say that I have mastered the control of my macros and have an extremely good understanding of how it all works so that I can indulge if/when I need to on weekends and use my Mon, Tues & Wed to still maintain weekly weight/fat loss :)
