If you follow keto/low carb and looking for a way to keep your fibre up- I highly recommend Simple Truth flax porridge & psyllium husk. Using these two products (one is a breakfast porridge and the other is a supplement) I am keeping my fibre intake at the recommended 20-30g a day.

Great advice! Thank you. I’m not following low carb at the moment but I have been trying to plan how to increase my fibre without putting everything else out of whack!

The porridge is delicious made cold- I use coconut milk or macadamia milk. I find with hot milk/hot water it gets super sticky.
