Good morning FS friends,

Got the boohoo irrelevant in the big scheme of things out of my system. New day, new start. Woke up this morning to my littles bouncing on the bed. They get so excited when they see me waking and must have scritches and belly rubs first thing as overnight their love tanks get empty. Shortly after they went out to romp in the snow (yes, snow finally). Not planning on shovelling though as the weather call for Tuesday is 4C and 25mm of rain.

I need to focus on all the wonderful aspects of my life. Living in a place I love, regaining the mobility to do what I love (gardening), ability to walk the littles again, improved health. All these things feed my soul in a way that food never has. I am so very grateful.

And so the journey continues.

Over and out

ANNI great message. I feel the same way — until i have an overwhelming moment and food wins. It’s a constant need for vigilance (at least for me). Think it will ever go away and “normalize?” You know, where food is sustenance and if it tastes yummy thats just a bonus but no need to go overboard as there are far more important and fun things in life to experience.
