Besides today, I've managed to get my calories around 1800 and cut down the sugar. jeans fit a little better since the sugar bloat was gone. Maybe I'll weigh in Friday, but I don't wanna see the number until I know it's down. 😂

I sure do relate to not wanting to know. In my case, its what started the massive speed into obesity. I wish i knew how often a week to weigh would keep me healthy. I think you have the right idea.

Sounds like you are back on track. Weigh in a few days, you need to be rid of water, salt, and sugar weight.
