Weight the same this morning. Off to swim then run off my foot is feeling ok. It was acting up yesterday so I might need to bail early. We shall see.

Ashley you have no idea!!!!!!!!!!!!! (Btw my daughter is named Ashley—-extra reason i think you are special😂🥰). Also, today i was almost able to stand completely upright. Almost all of the pain is gone just a lot of tightness and swelling and pulling. Hope you have a gorgeous lovely day!!!! Give yourself grace ok. Today will be a wonderful healthy day for you honey
