happy new year, everyone! I met my 1000 miles for 2022 through a variety of sports, sadly only ~880 came from running. I'm so glad I was able to do other things to help achieve the goal. Here's to hoping my feet (oh yes, it's plural now) get their sh$t together this year!

Thanks, Tim! I will say the left has gotten dramatically better. My new PT has found weakness in my toes / toe area of my foot. The new strengthening exercises and dry needling have helped so much. I have no idea what's wrong with the other. 😞 It doesn't feel the same as PF. Drs appt in a few weeks though!

Thanks, HCB! No way I'll stop running though. Resting earlier this year didn't help, so I'm taking it as it goes 😂 when it gets warmer, biking and swimming will keep happening!

2023 goals: 1. Cycling 2323 miles 2. Walk Jog 323 miles may be? 3. Eat 323 days perhaps? 4. Fasting 23 days possibly? . . What about your 2023 goals ?

I'm seeing the pattern there 😉 good goals! I think I'll aim for the 1000 miles again, hopefully all running (though I'll continue biking). My first triathlon, and my first half marathon under 2 hours 😁
