Every time I try to purge some old pictures and memes that I have saved I come across this picture. I’m glad to have a partner in crime who, like me, tries to live a healthier lifestyle. This picture was taken about 3 years ago. He was 81, now 84 and I swear he looks no different today. He is the one on the left. Hehehe

He is disgustingly healthy. No meds, no major issues at all. Still runs stairs almost every day. I always tell him that when and if he every dies I am going to demand to see the autopsy report. I want to know what makes him tick.

Although he isn’t my spouse ( that didn’t work) but we have been deeply involved in each other’s lives for nearly 40 year. He has his life and I have mine but we meet in the middle a lot. He has been in my daughter’s life as long as she can remember and she considered him “dad” , and he loves her more than life itself. Best of all worlds. We are going on vaca together in October to see her- she and hubby just moved to Michigan so we are going to check it out.
