I've been in a mood the past few days. My foot felt great Saturday and Sunday, and Monday it stayed being sore again, yesterday it was just so sore at the end of the day. Today is a little better, but still enough where I know I shouldn't run.

I'm emotionally eating too, and I feel bloated but my mind isn't working when it says, hey dude you're not hungry stop filling your face.

It just sucks to not be able to so the one thing that really helps me with my anxiety and sleep.

Just keep going and ride the wave. I was telling my son the other day life is a lot like a roller-coaster. There's going to be highs and lows. Twists and turns... we just have to stay the course no matter what. I know easier said than done. But you got this!

I feel the same way as you. I suffer from gout and have good and bad days and I've been in constant pain for the last month. but with losing weight and upping water intake, things are getting better. one day at a time!

theres a workbook for emotional eating called The Glow Approach. i am suffering an MCL tear so i understand the pain and eating to distract from the misery and feeling useless

Thanks everyone. I appreciate the support. I've read each and every comment, I apologize for not responding individually, but know it means a lot. Foot is better today, I can't tell you how much stretching I've been doing. Here's hoping I can run my half next weekend, my SIL's first.
