Lynn, just put all the veggies in a med heat skillet. I cook with both avocado oil and low sodium chicken broth. First fry for color, then steam with broth (with the lid on so it's all cooked through). *The small sweet potato was already cooked from the night before. Then I put all the cooked veggies in a big bowl and cook the sausage by itself. Whole thing took about 8 min. 😛😋🥰 just remember med to med low heat. Watch your food. Don't walk away. Any veggies and protein that you like. You can do it!!!
