I just realized that I won't be allowed to eat my favorite food while I'm doing Keto 😳 How does one live without Sushi??? 🤯😵

Once a week or on a special occasion won’t be a problem. I’m not going to not have a piece of barone cake for the rest of my life 😂 that will send me over the edge 🤯

Once a week sounds like a great idea, maybe once every 2cnd week for the first 2 months 🤔 and recap from there (depending on how much kg's I dropped in the 2 months)

Sashimi.. Poke bowls with no rice and maybe cabbage as a base. Burgers.. Without the bun. Pizza, cauliflower base with keto friendly toppings (nearly anything works). Cakes.. Banting Revolution Brownies.

Actually it’s great to have a higher carb meals every second week or so, called a ‘re-feed’ as it helps you body maintain metabolic flexibility. People who do keto for a long time can actually become mildly insulin resistant if we never have any sort of carbs.

Also you can have the soy sauce and avo and the sashimi types and maybe just one or two of the rice based ones and you might be able to stick in Ketosis. I am able to have up to 60g carbs a day including fibre and not leave Ketosis.

I'm not a keto-er... but surely you could do the sashimi worry free? tuna or salmon, avo, soy, wasabi, ginger and avo? isn't it just the rice that's the problem? maybe just select some less ricey options?
