3km run this morning, almost done with my first week of Keto and the 3rd week of my exercise program. Next weigh in is supposed to be on the 26th of December but I don't think I'll be home... So I'm moving it to Monday the 28th of December
78.3 kg Lost so far: 8.5 kg.    Still to go: 5.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
