Day 2 of keto. I also want to try to walk 15 000 steps a day but it seems so unattainable. I don't know where I'll find the time to do that but I'll have to make time.

I would suggest starting on something like 3000 steps a day. You can increase by a bit each day and you'll feel great. 15000 seems a bit high and unnecessary in my humble opinion. I read an article once that said 7500 a day is more than enough. Good luck though!

Thanks Nikina! Truthfully, I also feel like it's a bit much. At the moment I get just over 10 000 a day but my dietician actually said I need to aim for 15 000. Apparently there's a lot of studies that show 15 000 steps a day is what's recommend. It's quite rough! 😖

If you're already doing over 10 000 that's great! Well done!

Hey @CF931 :-) I truly believe if you only better yesterday's score every day you are well on your way. You are doing aMAzing! I started with VERY light exercise only 2 weeks ago, and my aim is 2000 p/d, which I miss most days. But it was only about 400 when I started. Be gentle with yourself. We'll get there "one day at a time".

You’ll get there. But true, it’s a lot more than one expects. I purposefully park further away from mall entrances and always take stairs where I can. If I’m home that day I’ll take a walk outside around the area or walk up and down my house when taking phone calls, reading a book or surfing online. Not easy to reach the goal from home to be honest, but definitely achievable 🌻
