Watermelon is very low calorie and filling.
Have you tried Simply Delish Zero Jelly?
Almost no calories, sets in 15 minutes and fills you right up.

Popcorn is my favourite. It works a charm. I too get peckish whilst sitting in front of my pc working/studying. Oh and those little israeli cucumbers and baby carrots.

Rice and corn cakes. 4 cakes equivalent to 1 biscuit or rusk.

Boiled eggs are really low in calories and keep my energy up for a long time. I used to do microwaved popcorn but microwave popcorn is high in calories. If you’re popping unflavored corn than that’s good. A small sweet potato also works well

1. Apple slices with peanut butter or almond butter on each slice.
2. celery, cucumber and carrot sticks with dipping hummus.
3. Popcorn (some have already mentioned)
4. Sugar snap peas as is or with your choice of dipping (hummus, tzitziki, sour cream etc)
5. Edamame beans as is dipped in low sodium soy sauce. I personally love this one.

Life bake crackers is one of my favorites(when I really have the munchies). It’s under 1000kj per 100 grams, high in protein, fiber and healthy fat, also you can try making crunchy red beans ( you just put them in the oven for 45 min). If you are looking for something sweet but feel a protein bar has too many calories you can try USN collagen supplement (it’s only got 200kj in and 10g protein) what I like to do is mix it with 100g water and 100g almond milk(unsweetened). It taste almost like a steri stampi and it’s under 300kJ 🙈🙈
