If this is the first time you've gone over your calories you deserve applause! But, I wouldn't worry about it. One day won't 'break the bank' in fact some believe that you should have high calorie days occasionally. I don't think just over 300 calories on one day will make much difference to your weightloss. Just go back to normal the next day and you'll be fine. Will be interested to see if it affects your next weigh-in. I'm thinking not.

I agree with Nikina70! Not the end of the world. And maybe you might still be in a calorie deficit if you exercised or moved more than usual.
