Just don’t give into it. After a few days you will not crave it as much. My hubby came home today with a barone cake. One if my favorites... and I have not touched any except cut my hubby and daughter a piece. I didn’t have a lick of it lol willpower is like a muscle. The more you use it, the stronger it gets. One of well rounded’s Wednesday quotes that has stuck with me 😄 it honestly works. Just keep saying no to the sugary stuff and yes to your goals💪🏼YOU CAN DO IT❣️

I eat broccoli, cauliflower and cabbage. They usually take away any cravings I have. They contain chromium. A natural appetite suppressant. Many fruit and veg contain it but depends what type of diet you are following.

Chicken and turkey contain chromium as well. There are supplements you can take but just eat the correct foods. No need for pills. You can do it all on your own.

Sugar cravings are killing me too tonight. LUCKILY there is NOTHING sweet to binge on . I grabbed some watermelon. Not the best solution, but better than a chocolate. STRONGS Pasco xxx

Thank you @cocalola, I’ve gotten use to it now. The more I say no the more it gets easier. Even making my hubby’s favorite foods like macaroni with bashamel sauce and carb&fat loaded stuff. I don’t eat any of it. The reward is dropping all the weight I’ve gained being pregnant most of my 30’s. Hoping to be fit, strong and healthy in my 40’s. Seeing the scale going down and my clothes falling off motivates me even more.

@hvanstaden, i has the same problem. I stopped having a lot of coffees. Drank more water. I have a coffee, once every two weeks🤔 I drink a black tea a day. Mostly water I drink and fresh ginger tea. Or when I get tired of water. I squeeze fresh lemon into my water. Tastes real good in ice water. Even with a little ACV. Choose something you will enjoy drinking. Some people drink one sugar in their coffee. I did do that when I started. But after I made the goal of cutting out sugar in November 2019. Till May 2020. I have not had any added sugar, sweets, refined carbs. Only fruit, veg, Whole Foods.

It won’t be easy in the beginning. You will be fighting with yourself thinking about things you crave. But eventually you will hit a break through. Then all of a sudden, it’s not hard anymore. It’s your new normal/ habit. Btw, I eat carbs, but the healthy kind. I keep away from the starchy vegetables. But allow them once a week. The rest of the week, it’s low carb veg with healthy fats, 1 tablespoon of olive oil or clarified butter. One fruit, and moderate protein when I’m not training and a good amount of protein when I workout. Write out your eating plan. Do a little food prep in advance so you have no excuse to cheat. And take it one day at a time. Soon a year has passed and you have succeeded. When it comes to birthdays and special days. You can have that cake etc. then back to business the next day. Hopefully this is your lifestyle. No going back to old habits. We can talk about how you can have an occasional treat once you’ve hit your goal weight 😄💖
