so proud of myself today. Did my daily water intake goal and no sugary goal and fitness goal. Must say the more water i drink or herbal tea the fuller i feel and no cravings at all.... Mind over matter i geuss. 💪

feeling VERY positive today and very good energy. Drinking lots of water and very active keeping myself busy around the house. Did my morning fitness session already and giving it my all to reach my goals and create a long lasting new lifestyle change...
