@FatMike I have no clue what the difference is. This tub was about 225cal. I didn't realise there was a plain one. So I'm definitely going to look out for that. I've just been to the Spar and seen they have lemon meringue flavour as well (insert happy dance here). I like my yoghurts full cream. The low fat stuff just seems like it has more rubbish in it than good stuff.
