I must say it is quite freeing not to weigh in every week. I still monitor my weight everyday, but don't care so much about the fluctuations. I'm just 100 gr up from my previous weigh-in, & that is in the middle of shark week. I'm obviously doing something right. Cross fit classes have been great, this week has been a bit disastrous, we've skipped 2 classes already. I'm gonna try my best to get up tomorrow & Friday. I'm also super curious to see what my cm's are!
