So, I skipped my weigh-in this Friday, because I decided I will only weigh once a month officially (I will still monitor everyday). Last week started slow with crossfit classes, but this week will be great. I can feel it in my bones! :-) I did manage to get my weight down to 75.1 kg last week. That's a 500 gr loss.
