Third run this week. Interesting thing, though - 700g weight gain over the week, in spite of maintaining dietary disciplines. Could it be lactic acid build-up in my body related to rekindled exercise regime? My experience is that I have not ever lost a single kg from running, although this four month rest from running while recovering from an injury led to three kg weight gain. Discouraged!
