That’s a good question. It totally depends on you as an individual. Do you prefer to skip breakfast or dinner? I prefer to skip dinner. As I go to bed early. And I have the whole day to burn what I have consumed. I keep my eating window small. I usually do OMAD or 20:4. You can always switch it up. It doesn’t have to be at the same times everyday.

Hi there,
Thank you so much. I will start with 16:8 and skip breakfast. I can't skip dinner 😊
What do you do when you are seriously hungry? Just stick to water and tea?

Hi Ursie, I keep drinking lots of water. The hunger eventually goes away.

Skipping breakfast is probably the easiest way to kick off because you already have up to 10hours of the fast done when you wake up

The first day or two is hardest and then you’ll be amazed at how much easier it is. Start with 16:8 and in a week I bet you are doing 20:4

I also prefer skipping breakfast. It's easier to stay distracted from hunger in the morning, especially if you're at work.

I like to have dinner with my husband and I don't like to eat alone... so I opt to skip out on breakfasts and eat lunch with work colleagues. when the breakfast hunger feels too much to handle I drink either fizzy water or black coffee. I also don't fast every day. maybe 4 or 5 days, 6 at most in a row.
