Awesome calamari, grilled king salmon with tomato basil butter, green beans, corn pudding, and dessert crepes with fresh peaches and raspberries in caramel-bourbon sauce (Mrs. W77 had halibut with peach/raspberry cheesecake). Alright, DP... get your gavel and prepare to judge me. I wanna know how you'd handle this one: I order dinner and dessert to be served all at once. The reasoning: no break between courses, no need to get the "can I bring you some dessert?" schpiel, no waiting for dessert to arrive while stomach expands, and I leave the card right away so the server doesn't need to come around every 5 minutes to interrupt with "how is everything?" while I'm chewing. It's the leave-us-alone-unless-I-summon-you that works. Thoughts? Finished at the gym by 6pm, ate post-workout meal (560 cals), showered, walked on the beach for a little bit, then ate diner at 8:30 (another 1500 cals).
