Picked up 6 kilos from stress eating cornflakes😂 it's not a joke but we'll laugh hysterically anyway😇 and since I've gotten so unmotivated with my own exercise routines..I've decided to give Insanity a try (yes the workout program,not the mental condition)...day2..This better help!😐

I can totally relate to the cornflakes obsession. I've had to stop keeping them in the house because I lose all sense of control.. yummy with sliced banana and covered in sugar 😂😂😉

sorry man, so frustrating. I start each day with good intentions and then I start responding to emotions through my mouth. can totally relate. cheerios is my starting point... it only goes downhill from there.

😂🤣😂granola is mine. Luckily I have found the “Carb clever granola” from woolies. I may just succeed at this keto thing🙈😂.

@Khadija ... Cornflakes are deceptively high in sugar, then we tend to add more sugar and milk (&,if you're like me) then fruit as well... It all adds up. Also, on it own, it is pretty low in protein so it doesn't keep you full for long either.

Shereen I can't get anything down in the mornings. So my go to is either boiled eggs or cornflakes. My flakes done float in my milk and very little sugar. I suppose that's why I'm not gaining 😒 my goal is to gain 3 kgs but it take some months to just gain 1 kg 😔
