Any Females who struggle with extreme chocolate cravings...Try adding a little bit of cacao powder into random things like your coffee,oats,smoothies and protein shakes...It helps and it doesn't add a lot of calories at all...its also good for hormone balance😇👌

For the most part this year I have stopped weighing myself..and I have definitely gained quite a bit of weight this year...but in return I think I am slowly learning how to love myself for what I am and that my value isn't determined by my weight.
