Since July I have been doing insanity and different Jullian Michael's dvds and I am not dropping much weight but I am fit and I can say that with pride... So I figured it's time for a change so I went back to Taebo and for the first time in months my abs are sore my obliques and my bum well let's say my whole body is a little stiff so I am sharing this because I know most of us suffer around our waistline the most. This was just my own experience and I figured we all here to get advice from one another so if u like me that do your workouts at home from Dvds go and get Taebo you will not regret it.
