I had pilchard that was in hot sauce but I rinsed all the sauce off. Don't know how to enter that one🤔

LoL! Why don't you enter the weight of sardines you ate. I think the tin has a net weight or drained mass amount on it? Not quite sure. Maybe next time buy the small rectangular tin of sardines instead of the pilchards in sauce tin..

Thank you. I'll try that. I have the pilchard tins from before I started my Banting lifestyle so I didn't want to throw them out
